Foule Fruit Logo

The logo has been through so, so many revisions. I started with one of the sketches that I made for a shirt design since both my friend and I agreed that we liked the orange a lot. I came up with this:

Although super cute, I stepped back and realized that there was no way I could use this as a logo because it would look terrible scaled down. There are too many details to look good as a logo. I decided to go with the same concept but try something cleaner, which looked a little something like this:

Look! It's an orange with teeth, still, but better? I wasn't quite sure about the colors, but I liked the overall shape I came up with. Heading back to Illustrator, I messed around with colors and fonts (after watching a very interesting video Cooper Black by Vox that may or may not have influenced my font choice) and came up with a whole bunch of variations.

We decided on the blue/yellow/grapefruity colors and ended up with this:
