Bruin Review Spring Recruitment

This is my first quarter as art director, and for spring recruitment, I wanted to create graphics that were colorful and fun. Usually, our graphics have very limited palettes and have very limited details, resulting in a very serious and business-like feel.

I played around with different colors, shapes, and effects to achieve a more playful look. I used Illustrator to create the base graphic and added filters and effects in Photoshop. All assets, including the stars and smiley faces were created by me. I love the retro look that the finished product has and made sure that we had assets that could be posted both on our Instagram feed and story.
